Mashya is a fine-dining restaurant in Tel Aviv. Its menu is built only on domestic ingredients and local folklore dishes. For this project I Worked with Tomer Botner of Florentine Kitchen Knives to translate the unique menu into a local dining experience.
In this process, we collaborated with 6 local craftsmen. We put their technical expertise and material intuition in the center of our design process. We delivered the restaurant with ceramic plates, brass casted spice holders, spun copper side-dish boxes, wooden moroccan-bread holders or tailored staff uniform.
